Our LIN plants are manufactured with the latest cryogenic distillation technology. Distinguishing feature of a liquid nitrogen filling plant is that it can generate both nitrogen and oxygen simultaneously in liquid and gaseous forms. Depending upon your requirements, you can generate 50% liquid nitrogen and the rest in the gaseous form. And, you can also produce 50% nitrogen and the remaining 50% as oxygen. Or you can also generate O2 and N2 in whatever measure or percentage as per your requirements.

The cryogenic process works by taking atmospheric air which is filtered for dust removal and compressed. The processed air is then run through a purification unit for eliminating impurities such as carbon dioxide, hydrocarbons, and moisture. Subsequently, the purified air moves though a series of heat exchangers for achieving cryogenic temperature. Then nitrogen is separated from other gases and distilled in the low pressure distillation column to get commercial specifications.
